A clinical psychologist offers above all active listening and support to every person dealing with emotional or mental turmoil. Trained and specialized in professional intervention, he/she provides when needed an accurate evaluation through assessment and psychometric tests in order to bring when necessary a diagnosis which will help guiding the treatment.
Our psychologists are experienced in dealing with various psychological, emotional and mental discomforts with utmost care and sensitivity and work with all group ages and with people from different cultural backgrounds. We aim to provide the appropriate approach for many problematic situations or mental disorders. We therefore insure counseling or/and treatment for individuals, couples and families.

Inspired from the psychoanalytical theory, this approach aims to help people understand the background and origins of their symptoms and malaise. It focuses on free association verbal therapy and awareness as it helps the patient become consistent of the bad functioning installed in his lifestyle. This awareness helps him stop the repetition of the bad strategies he learned to build through his life. This approach needs time and engagement and is fruitful for long term results.
CBT: The Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
Provided in our center, it has been scientifically proven to be effective with children, adolescents and adults. The CBT will not only focus on reducing symptoms, it will help embracing the strengths of our clients to be more resilient and engaged in their life.The CBT can be described as generally active, directive, structured and relatively short-lived. It focuses on the present while understanding the origin of the problem in the past. This approach concerns different disorders such as depression, panic attacks, phobia, anxiety etc…
Helping the couple to deal and solve issues with their relationships is the purpose of every couple therapy. In our center we provide counseling and therapy for couples who are experiencing dysfunction or problems in their everyday life , they will learn to develop their communication skills and get aware of the differences between them. That will help them see more clearly facts about their compatibility.
Few challenges can occur through families daily life. Crises happening in families such as rebellion with teen angers, sickness, change in economic status, death, separation, drug addiction… Such crises can disturb family’s homeostasis and could benefit from counseling or therapy. Our approach known as systemic approach concerns on working with the family members to help them change a dysfunctional system already installed in their relationships and help them deal with events with a positive communication style.
