Reine Bou Issa Ghafary

With over 26 years in speech therapy and neuropsychology, Reine leads Talking Brains Center FZE in Dubai Silicon Oasis. She holds: a Master’s in Clinical Psychology specialized in Neuropsychology from Angers University, France; a Bachelor’s in School Psychology; and a Master’s in Speech-Language Therapy from the Lebanese University. 

  • Co-founder and former General Secretary of Emirates SLP Society. 
  • Former member (six years) of the Dysphagia Committee at the International Association of Communication Sciences and Disorders (IALP); currently part of IALP’s Neurodiverse Committee. 
  • Pioneered Lebanon’s speech therapy in schools (2000), introducing screening, diagnosis, and mainstream inclusion for children with language and learning challenges. 
  • Expanded services to Maison Notre Dame (neurorehabilitation hospital for adults/elderly), the Lebanese Army, and Medcare Hospital. 

Reine is driven by early intervention, evidence-based practice, and empowering individuals to communicate effectively in daily life.
