Sana Abi Rached is a Clinical Psychologist and Psychotherapist with more than 30 years of experience in clinical psychology and psychopathology. She holds a Master’s degree and a DESS (Diplôme d’Études Supérieures Spécialisées) in Clinical Psychology and Psychopathology from the University of Saint Joseph in Beirut. She specialized in the psychodynamic approach and pursued her specialization in Couple Therapy through the systemic approach with Le Lien Systémique and IFATC in France. Following her specialization in Family Therapy, she has continued her professional training in the Systemic Approach with Le Complexe Systémique, based in France.
Throughout her career, she has worked extensively in educational psychology, individual therapy, family therapy, and couple therapy. She also has experience in school counselling and drug abuse intervention.
Currently, her work focuses mainly on individual, couple, and family therapy, helping individuals, couples, and families improve communication, strengthen relationships, and overcome emotional and behavioral challenges.
In addition to her clinical practice, Sana continues to attend and conduct training programs in the educational and psychological fields, including parent-child relationships, adolescent development, trauma and resilience, and internet and social media addiction. She works fluently in Arabic, English, and French.
